I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH LUIS PEZZINI OF SUNSET STRIP REALTY IN THE SALE OF MY CONDO AT PLAZA TOWERS IN WEST HOLLYWOOD. ON THE SAME DAY OF THE SIGNING OF OUR LISTING AGREEMENT, LUIS APPLIED HIS DUE DILLIGENCE IMMEDIATELY CONTACTING ALL HIS CLIENTS FOR PLAZA TOWERS TO SHOW THE CONDO TO THEM WITHIN 24 HOURS. HE SHOWED THE CONDO AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, NOT EVER TURNING DOWN ANY SHOWINGS. IN ADDITION HE KEPT ME UP TO DATE OF THE POTENTIAL BUYERS AND RETURNED ALL MY CALLS WITHIN MINUTES OF RECEIVING THEM. HE MET WITH ME WHENEVER NEEDED AT MY CONVENIENCE TO SIGN DOCUMENTS. IT IS DUE TO LUIS’ DUE DILLIGENCE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO CONSUMMATE THE SALE TO A QUALIFIED BUYER AND CLOSE ESCROW ON TIME.
