Another important point to remember is that the instructions should be easy to follow and that there should also be temperature controls that could either be dials or knobs for adjusting the amount of heat in the oven.

It is also vital to remember that it is necessary to have a ventilation fan above your cooking range. If this is not possible, you would require a cooking range with an inbuilt ventilation fan. The main reason for this is so that all cooking grease could be drawn into a special duct and then blown outside.
